If you have a question about beneficiary designations you submitted to Delta's previous carrier (Aetna), please call the MetLife customer service center toll-free at 1-866-492-6983. While these previous designations will remain in MetLife's files, they will not be viewable on the MetLife beneficiary administration Web site. So if you prefer a self-service option, take a few minutes to re-designate your beneficiaries online.
