DALRC, RAP, and the Trust are not departments of Delta Air Lines, Inc. The members of the Boards of Directors are not employees of Delta. They are all retired volunteers who serve the community of Delta retirees without compensation. Board members have no access to any individual retiree’s personal information.

These independent, not-for-profit organizations seek to serve the interests of retirees through a comprehensive medical insurance program, two hardship assistance programs, and action on selected issues such as legislation, education, and human services.
